I was in charge of cutting illustrations for a book about environmental issues inspired by garbage.

 

Garbage can become a resource if it is recycled, and it can also be harmful to the earth if it is disposed of as it is. Since we humans are the only living creatures that produce a large amount of garbage, the themes of garbage and the environment are unavoidable, and it would be good if we could all share a common awareness of these issues through school education.

 

I love garbage trucks because they are cool. I am particularly impressed by its form, including the thick tires, seen from behind at an angle! I learned for the first time that there are two major types of crushing methods, even though they look similar in appearance. I would like to draw various types of “working cars.
