くもんの漢字ドリルのイラストカットを担当しました。漢字や英単語などで、問題が分からなかったら挿絵イラストを参考にすることがあると思うのですが、そのときヒントになるように、だけど答えが分かっちゃわないように気をつけて構図内容のアイデアを提案しました。
ドリルなのでリズムに乗ってどんどんページが進められるように、ワイワイ楽しい雰囲気を心がけています。
I was in charge of cutting illustrations for Kumon’s Kanji drills.
When students don’t understand a kanji or English word, they may refer to the illustrations. I proposed ideas for the composition and content of the illustrations so that the illustrations would give them a hint, but without revealing the answer.
I tried to create a fun and lively atmosphere, so that the pages would move along with the rhythm of the drill.
